Making a claim – How it works?
It’s quick, simple and hassle free
Here are the simple steps to using the Money Hotline to start your claim.
1.Complete your details via our registration page.
2.Our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your claim.
3.Based on your individual circumstances we will pass your details to one of our selected claims management companies.
4.They will complete the paperwork and send you a claim pack to agree terms.
5.Your claim will then be processed and if successful a cheque for your compensation will be sent to you.
